Today, painted portraiture is a rare craft, but also a timeless tradition. The world moves so quickly and everything is made to be instantaneous. Quality is often sacrificed for immediacy which often renders things disposable and forgettable. My aim as a portrait artist is to create something in the same traditions of generations before our time; A portrait as a legacy that will be loved for generations after us as well as the present.
